Temple Closed: July 1st though July 16th, reopens Tuesday, July 17th.
Tri-Stake Super Saturday Youth Conference: All Youth ages 12-18, July 21, 9a-10p @ Discovery Canyon Campus, 1810 North Gate Blvd. Join us for a day filled with food, games, fun, dancing, fun, free pizza, fun, EFY speaker-Brother Richards, fun and of course, the immensely talented, Evie Claire, an America’s Got Talent finalist will perform. She’s amazing!! All youth are invited whether participating in the Youth Celebration on July 28th at the Pikes Peak Center or not. Held at Discovery Canyon Campus High School on Saturday, July 21st. Begins at 9 AM and lasts until ~6:45 PM for youth ages 12-18. Deacons and Beehives will finish at ~6:45 PM. Dance for the youth ages 14-18 will be until 9 PM. Please bring a water bottle and sack lunch!! The wards will organize the lunches for their youth in their ward. How to keep the food cool, etc. Please wear modest shorts to the knee. No tank tops or short shirts. Clothes will likely get very soiled so plan accordingly. Sun glasses. Sun screen protection. Get a good night’s sleep! See you then!
Tri-Stake Youth Celebration: Saturday, July 28, at the Pikes Peak Center. Performances at 2pm and 6pm. Youth will be sharing their talents through dance, vocal and instrumental musical numbers, sports and visual arts.

Ward Quarterly Reports due no later than July 15th
Four times each year (Quarters ending in March, June, September, December) the ward clerk completes the Quarterly Report. The stake clerk works with the ward clerks to ensure that the report is submitted by the 15th of the following month after the end of each quarter.
Specific instructions for completing the report are available by clicking on each of the numbered links presented in the report.

Guidelines for youth interviews have been updated, and question 7 for limited-use recommends has been simplified. The enclosure includes the changes that will soon be made to Handbook 1 online and in the Gospel Library.

Committees have been assembled to recommend revisions to the current hymnbook and children’s songbook. When the revisions are complete, there will be one hymnbook and one children’s songbook, offering the same hymns and songs in all languages.
